5h agoIndoor dining is set to reopen at 25% capacity on Friday, and restaurants like iNINE Bistro in Mott Haven are getting ready for the busy weekend ahead.
Head chef Bintou N’daw says they’ve been preparing specials for both brunch and dinner. She says they’ve also been promoting those specials on their social media pages and taking in calls for reservations.
Their indoor setup allows for 20 people to dine inside when factoring in the 25% capacity. They say even though that’s a small number, it’ll mean a more intimate setting for Valentine’s Day.
The staff says they can’t wait to interact with customers again.
