A Long Islander will be in the national spotlight tonight as the star of a brand new reality series. Valley Stream resident Pastor Richard Hartley is the star of "The Rev."

The series follows his family and church choir at Haven International Ministries in Far Rockaway.

"It's all about unification and love and the spirit of joy and peace and that's what the country needs. I think the people are going to come away feeling good, laughing, going they are crazy just like us. I have kids just like that," says Hartley.
