Members of the New Jersey National Guard returned from a humanitarian mission in Guatemala.

Soldiers with the First Helicopter Battalion delivered food to remote areas of the country that can only be reached by air. They flew in over 13,000 pounds of food.

This was one small part of a larger U.S. military effort called Operation Sentinel that takes part throughout Guatemala and El Salvador.
