News 12 Westchester spoke to three people who have firsthand knowledge of those plans:
- Mayo Bartlett, a former prosecutor who served as co-chair of the Westchester County Reform Committee.
- Lloyd Richards, a community activist who has attended many Black Lives Matter marches, but also served on the Elmsford Reform Committee.
- Wallkill Police Chief Robert Hertman.
