A polling site in Marine Park, Brooklyn is running smoother this afternoon than when it first opened.
The first voters at Kings Plaza Mall were not able to cast their ballots for more than an hour after the scheduled start time.
The Board of Elections says there were connectivity issues with the Wi-Fi router there.
News 12 is told workers with the BOE had to come to fix the issue on site. Thankfully the hiccup has been resolved, and voters have been able to cast their ballots without problems.
This is the first time this polling site has been housed at the Kings Plaza Mall.
