Lincoln Tech is celebrating its 75th anniversary in New Jersey.

The trade school celebrated the anniversary with a new training program and special announcement.

There is a new welding career training facility in Mahwah, plus a $75 million scholarship fund that will be awarded over the next five years.

"Before we launch a new program, we always go out to the employers and look for demand. We saw there was a big demand for welders in this marketplace, and we know that demand is going to increase,” says president and CEO Scott Shaw.

There is a high demand for skilled workers in New Jersey.

Lincoln Tech has six campuses across the state.
