The Castle Hill Little League Park is hosting a "Tournament of Heroes" to raise money for diabetes.

The proceeds from the three-day event will go to the American Diabetes Association.

Organizers say the event is not only about helping those in need.

"It's a benefit in two ways," says organizer Rene Apont. "The kids get to play a sport that they love and we get to raise money to help fight a health issue that's affecting everyone in our community."

The tournament started Friday night and runs through Sunday at 2 p.m.
