The Cuomo administration is investing $35 million into the QUALITYstarsNY program, which provides resources and support for early childhood programs in underserved communities. 
Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul made the announcement in the Bronx on Tuesday.
The funding will help support up to 1,000 additional child care programs in the state.
