The man accused of deliberately running down people in Times Square is due in court.
Richard Rojas is facing murder charges after allegedly running down people in Times Square.
A criminal complaint says Rojas drove from the Bronx to Times Square before making a U-turn and driving into pedestrians.
An 18-year-old woman was killed and more than 20 were injured.
Police say Rojas admitted to smoking marijuana laced with PCP.
