Police tell News 12 that Cristian Moya, 28, has been arrested and charged in the death of 35-year-old Pamela Almonte Cabrera outside of Mama Dora Bar and Lounge early Sunday morning. According to sources, Moya, who lives less than a mile from the lounge, was previously arrested twice this year - once for stealing a cell phone and another time for selling drugs, in two separate incidents. Police say that Almonte Cabrera was stabbed multiple times in the chest and killed just after 4 a.m. Monday, when sources say a fight started just after Mama Dora was closing. Video obtained by News 12 shows a man in a yellow jacket yelling, and then slashing and stabbing a woman, who we are told is Almonte Cabrera. Her boyfriend tells News 12 that the man disrespected her, which led to the fight. She leaves behind two sons in the Dominican Republic, and a daughter in New York.
