Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a person who they say repeatedly shot a man last Saturday in Morris Heights.

Authorities say the shooter followed the 38-year-old victim and shot him several times in front of the Essen Health Care building on University Avenue.

The man was hospitalized in critical condition, according to police.
