Police say a 41-year-old man was killed in a shooting at the 170th Street subway station in Concourse Village.

Shots rang out just before 3 p.m. Tuesday on the station's platform, which services the B and D trains.

Authorities say officers found the man with multiple gunshot wounds throughout his body.

EMS took him to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln, where he was pronounced dead.
