Man shot in the face in Morrisania, shooter escapes on Citi Bike
The victim was taken to NYC Health and Hospitals/ Lincoln and is expected to recover.

A man was shot in the face in Morrisania by another man who escaped on a Citi Bike.
Police say the incident happened on Sept. 9 after 7 p.m. The 20-year-old man was standing in front of a building on East 161st Street when another man riding a Citi Bike approached.
The man got off the bike, took out a firearm and shot the victim on the face before escaping on the bike.
The victim was taken to NYC Health and Hospitals/ Lincoln and is expected to recover.
