A 28-year-old man was slashed in the back with a cutting tool following a heated argument with a group of men in Highbridge, police say.

Police are searching for four young men wanted in the slashing.

The incident happened last Wednesday on University and Ogden avenues.

Police say the victim was taken to the hospital and treated.
