A 34-year-old man was stabbed to death about a block from his home in Canarsie, police say.

Officers found Isaiah Freeman with a stab wound to the chest just after 8 p.m. Wednesday near Seaview Avenue and Rockaway Parkway.

The NYPD says EMS rushed Freeman to One Brooklyn Health-Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center, where he died.

Details about what led up to the deadly attack were not immediately made available.
