Health Department opens 17,000 monkeypox vaccine appointments in NYC

The vaccine appointments opening up are for slots that start next Sunday and run through the second week of August. New clinics will open at Lincoln Hospital in the Bronx and Gotham Health Vanderbilt in Staten Island in addition to the sites already in Harlem, Chelsea and Queens.

The city's Health Department says 17,000 monkeypox vaccine appointments were being made available tonight.
The vaccine appointments opening up are for slots that start next Sunday and run through the second week of August. New clinics will open at Lincoln Hospital in the Bronx and Gotham Health Vanderbilt in Staten Island in addition to the sites already in Harlem, Chelsea and Queens.
Mass vaccination sites will be open at Science Skills Center High School in Brooklyn, the Bronx High School of Science and IS 125 in Queens July 24, July 30 and July 31.
