A pole toppled over in Morrisania during the tropical storm last week, nearly crashing onto a car and residents say it has yet to be cleaned up.
The only thing holding the pole with live wires from crashing down is the car below it, as the bottom of the pole has been almost entirely ripped from the ground.
Residents on Gouvernueur Place have been left to deal with this issue since last Tuesday when Tropical Storm Isaias ripped through New York City.
Luckily the area didn't lose power, but there's growing concerns that at any minute the pole can fall and hurt someone driving or walking by.
The utility company says the remaining outages involve complicated restorations along with extensive damage.
News 12 reached out to Con Edison to get residents some answers, and a spokesperson said they're looking into it.
