Mother increases reward for information on son’s 2021 Bronx fatal shooting

Nicole Wynaar says her life changed forever when her son, Hednick, was caught in crossfire and shot in the head on Halloween night on Adee Avenue and Colden Avenue.

A mother is increasing the reward for information about her son’s fatal shooting in 2021.
Nicole Wynaar says her life changed forever when her son, Hednick, was caught in crossfire and shot in the head on Halloween night on Adee Avenue and Colden Avenue.
She returns there on Sept. 3 every year to light candles and put up balloons in honor of her son’s birthday and his memory.
This year, Wynaar decided to increase the reward for information in her son’s fatal shooting from $20,000 to $30,000.
