A Mott Haven school beamed with beauty, diversity and Latin culture in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month.

Mother Hale Academy held its second annual La Fiesta de La Cultura Latina on Friday afternoon.

Students prepared musical dances and performances to honor the richness of Latin culture.

Each class showcased a piece that highlighted cultural price, students voice and school spirit.

"We believe this is a phenomenal opportunity to highlight not only the talent of our students, but also the inclusive and joyful culture we are building here at PS 65," said Jessica LoBoen-Morrobel, principal of PS 65.
