MTA: Loss of power causes subway delays and cancellations

Severe delays and cancellations continue for some train lines due to a loss of power at West Fourth Street - Washington Square that happened around 10 a.m., the MTA says.
Train service along the B line is suspended. The E and C lines are delayed in both directions.
