It was 60 years ago when Adrienne D'Onofrio was recorded professing her love for ex-Beatle and international music legend Paul McCartney.
In 2016, the footage was used in a Hulu special about the British band.
"Paul McCartney, if you are listening, Adrienne from Brooklyn loves you with all her heart," she said in the clip.
Recently, the video went viral, dubbing her "Adrienne from Brooklyn."
It also caught the attention of McCartney and his team.
McCartney posted a video on TikTok inviting her to his photo exhibition in Brooklyn.
"Hey Adrienne, it's Paul," the music legend said on TikTok. "Listen, I saw your video. I'm in Brooklyn now, I'm in New York. I finally got here. We got an exhibition... a photo exhibition. Come along and see it."
Unfortunately, Adrienne died in 1992, but her family caught wind of the video and came forward to tell the world their mother is "Adrienne from Brooklyn."
D'Onofrio was born and raised in Bensonhurst, and the die-hard McCartney fan was a young mom of four who used music to keep her young.
