Parents rejoice - there is a program to help your child with their homework if even you ever find yourself stumped.
"Dial-a-Teacher," which started in 17 schools in January of 1980, brings in 30 teachers a day to take calls from kids - and about 15% of the calls are from parents who find themselves scratching their heads.
Questions can be answered in as many as nine different languages, and includes teachers proficient in all secondary subjects, and grades ranging from kindergarten all the way to 12th grade.
Teachers are there to answer your calls Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at (212) 777-3380.
