With Tropical Storm Fiona heading to Puerto Rico, scientists in the United States are working to better prepare residents for catastrophic flooding with some new technology.
"FloodNet" is a new online tool that allows people to view flood data in real time across the city.
Some 500 flooding sensors are expected to be installed over the next five years.
