Newly obtained video shows the moments leading up to a deadly shooting that happened on Trinity Avenue Tuesday in Melrose.

Police say 38-year-old Victor Bautista was the man who was shot and killed.

The video shows a person believed to be Bautista fist bump a man in a green vest in an encounter that appears to be friendly before eventually turning violent.

The video shows the two individuals punch each other and then run away to opposite sides of the street. The man in green appears to shoot Bautista, who then falls to the ground.

Family and friends of Bautista have placed candles and photos of him outside the bodega where this happened.

United Bodegas of America says it plans on addressing the incident Wednesday afternoon.

Police are still looking for the shooter, who is believed to have last been seen wearing a green vest resembling a construction worker's outfit.
