Newly obtained video shows the moments leading up to a deadly shooting that happened on Trinity Avenue Tuesday in Melrose.
Police say 38-year-old Victor Bautista was the man who was shot and killed.
The video shows Bautista have an encounter with a man wearing a green vest in an encounter that appears to be friendly before eventually turning violent.
The video shows the two individuals punch each other and then run away to opposite sides of the street. The man in green appears to shoot Bautista, who then falls to the ground.
Family and friends of Bautista have placed candles and photos of him outside the bodega where this happened.
United Bodegas of America says it plans to add a panic button at D’mi Muñeca Grocery, which is the bodega where the shooting occurred outside of.
Police are still looking for the shooter, who is believed to have last been seen wearing a green vest resembling a construction worker's outfit.
