New York City teachers now have their own collection of books available to borrow at the New York Public Library.
The Education Collection features over 80 titles in support of formal and informal educators offering a variety of subjects that will be able to help teachers contribute more to helping their students succeed.
Educational professionals celebrated this initiative, calling it a huge milestone.
The collection is also available in Spanish and at all Bronx locations. Those in Manhattan or Staten Island can still request the collection through their catalog.
