A man is dead and another one is injured following a Sunday stabbing incident in Fordham Heights, police say.

According to authorities, they received a 911 call of an altercation on the Grand Concourse. When police arrived, they found 34-year-old Richard Vasquez with a stab wound to his chest and a 31-year-old man with a stab wound to his stomach.

Both were rushed to SBH Health System where Vasquez was pronounced dead.

No information has been revealed on the suspect.
