At least 10 people were injured after loud noises were mistaken for gunfire outside of the Barclays Center early Sunday morning.
Police say a large crowd that attended a boxing match rushed to escape what they thought was an active shooter. This caused pandemonium and injuries during the stampede.
Police reiterate that there no shots were actually fired.
The investigation concluded that what was initially mistaken as gunfire was a "sound disturbance."
