Police say a 43-year-old man was approached by the suspects while on a No. 4 train at Jerome and West Mount Eden avenues on Oct. 15.
Police say the suspects took his cellphone and wallet, which contained $700 and debit cards.
No injuries were reported, according to authorities. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
