A 24-year-old man was shot in his hip outside a Highbridge salon on Saturday night, according to police. Authorities say it happened around 8:45 p.m. on Nelson Avenue and 165th Street. Sources say eight shell casings were found at the scene. The victim is expected to be OK. The shooter remains at large as of Sunday morning.
