Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a group of people wanted in a violent robbery that occurred last month in Cypress Hills.

Investigators say a 22‑year‑old man was near Hale Avenue and Etna Street on March 13 when five people exited a white BMW and approached him.

The suspects displayed multiple guns and demanded he give up his property, then began punching and kicking him repeatedly in the face and body. Police say one suspect also pistol‑whipped the victim.

Authorities say they stole his watch and other belongings before driving off in an unknown direction.

No arrests have been made. Anyone with additional information is urged to call 1‑800‑577‑TIPS.
