yesterdayPolice have deemed a woman's death a homicide following an East New York apartment fire in November.
The medical examiner says the cause of death for 40-year-old Sugerys Ramierz was thermal injuries caused by fire. Police say the fire was intentionally set.
NYPD found Ramirez dead inside her apartment on the second floor after the fire was put out.
No arrests have been made at this time.
