An NYPD detective stationed in Queens pleaded not guilty to bribery charges. 
Police say Detective Yatyu Yam was arrested earlier this week, accused of taking money from club owners to warn them of upcoming police raids. 
He is also accused of encouraging other officers to release suspects arrested in drug raids on clubs. 
Police say 50-year-old Lt. Robert Sung, an officer from the same precinct, was also arrested on similar charges. 
According to police, both cases are connected to each other.
