NYPD: Man dons Halloween mask for robbery

A man in a Halloween mask robbed a Co-op City gas station Tuesday morning, police say. According to investigators, the man entered a Sunoco at the corner of Edison and Bartow avenues at around 3 a.m.

A man in a Halloween mask robbed a Co-op City gas station Tuesday morning, police say.
According to investigators, the man entered a Sunoco at the corner of Edison and Bartow avenues at around 3 a.m. and demanded cash.
One employee hid in a food aisle while another gave the robber $650 from the register.
Police say the suspect is about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds. In addition to the mask, he was wearing gray clothing and plastic gloves.
