A suspect has been charged with manslaughter and assault days after the discovery of dead man inside a Parkchester building, police say.

Authorities say John Dolce, 44, was found dead in the building on Leland Avenue on Sunday. His death was deemed a homicide.

Joseph Kovacs, 50, was arrested by police on Thursday.

Police say Dolce and Kovacs are from the same address. However, the relationship between them remains unclear.
