Police arrested suspects linked to "the largest robbery pattern" in New York City and claim some were migrants.

NYPD Assistant Commissioner Kaz Daughtry posted a video online showing Mayor Eric Adams joining a team of police officers arresting the suspects.

In the video, both the mayor and police officials refer to some of the suspects as migrants.

The mayor says the majority of asylum seekers are in the city to find a better life for the families. Adams says the arrests call attention to the ones who are breaking the law and hurting New Yorkers.
