2 police officers injured during stolen vehicle arrest in Concourse Village
Police said on Sunday that they arrested 25-year-old Dontae Jones, of Brooklyn, and a 17-year-old male.

Two NYPD officers responding to a report of a stolen vehicle Saturday in Concourse Village were injured as two suspects attempted to evade arrest, police say.
Citizen video shows police and FDNY firefighters responding to the incident at the intersection of East 149th Street and Grand Concourse.
Authorities say one of the officers approached the alleged stolen vehicle when the driver reversed, hitting the officer in the hand. The car crashed into a police cruiser with an officer inside. Both officers were in stable condition.
A driver told News 12 that he was sideswiped by a blue sedan a short distance away on Exterior Street. The witness said that the driver ran from the scene, leaving behind the sedan in the street and another man in its passenger seat.
"The passenger tried to get out but couldn't because he was pinned up against another car that was there previously. And the driver did get out and he ran. I don't know if they caught him or not," the witness told News 12.
NYPD had not confirmed as of Saturday night if both incidents just minutes away from each other were connected.
Police said on Sunday that they arrested 25-year-old Dontae Jones, of Brooklyn, and a 17-year-old male.
Jones is facing multiple charges including criminal possession of stolen property, assault of a member of service and reckless endangerment. The 17-year-old is also facing similar charges including additional charges of criminal mischief, unlawful fleeing in a motor vehicle and resisting arrest.
