9h agoThe NYPD released new video that shows the woman attacking a Black teen she thought stole her cellphone inside a hotel in SoHo.
Police say the 14-year-old shown in the video is the son of jazz musician Keyon Harrold.
The unidentified woman accused the teen of stealing her cellphone inside the Arlo Hotel. Her phone was later found in an Uber and returned to her.
The phone the teen was holding at the time of the incident was his own.
The NYPD is now looking to bring charges against the woman.
