NYPD: Victims identified, arrest made in Fordham crash that killed 2

The NYPD has made an arrest and identified the victims in the Fordham crash that killed two men in their 20s.

Police have made and arrest and identified the victims in an early Saturday morning collision on Jerome Avenue and East Fordham Road.

The deceased were identified as 23-year-old John Delorbe and 21-year-old Angel Tussan.

Investigators say that Delorbe was driving a BMW and ran a red light, striking a black Nissan Rogue. Delorbe’s vehicle then struck a support pillar for the elevated train above Jerome Avenue. Delorbe and his passenger, Tussan, were both taken to SBH Health System where they were pronounced dead.

The driver of the Nissan, 36-year-old Jamie Winston, and her two passengers were also transported to SBH Health System in stable condition.

Winston was arrested and faces a DWI charge.
