Officials: Driver killed in crash on Route 1 identified as 65-year-old Freehold resident
Dennis Frick was killed in the crash around 7 a.m. Wednesday.

Authorities have identified the driver killed in a crash on Route 1 in New Brunswick Wednesday morning.
The Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office says 65-year-old Dennis Frick, of Freehold, was driving a gray pickup truck when an Infinity crossed over the median and crashed into the truck.
From the damage to the car, it appears the Infiniti landed on top of the truck. Frick was killed in the crash. The driver of the Infinity was not hurt.
It was not immediately known why the Infinity lost control.
