City Education Department officials have finished their probe of a Bronx teacher who allegedly stepped on students during a lesson on slavery.
The incident happened in January at Middle School 118 when social studies teacher, Patricia Cummings, allegedly made black students lie on the floor and then stepped on them to illustrate what bondage felt like.
The city says it will provide an update on the findings of the case when the matter is resolved this fall.
It is currently unknown how Cummings will be disciplined or if she is guilty of these allegations.
