Orange & Rockland Utilities is gearing up its emergency response workforce to repair potential damage and restore possible power outages.

O&R's emergency response team will be activated and deployed early Monday afternoon.
The company warns not to touch or approach any downed wire – they say also assume it's energized.Instead, call O&R's toll-free number - 877-434-4100.
