Yonkers police have charged a Peekskill man in a fatal shooting at a bar Sunday morning.
Yaquba McGougain, 29, was charged with second-degree murder.
Police say he was attending a party on the second floor at the Duo Tapas Lounge and bar when several fights broke out.
Investigators allege that McGougain was escorted out of the bar, went to the parking lot, got a gun and started firing shots into the bar, striking two employees.
A 22-year-old busser from New Jersey was killed.
A 23-year-old bouncer from the Bronx was also hit.
The suspect was arrested at the scene.
A weapon was also recovered.
McGougain was arraigned Tuesday and remanded to the County Jail without bail.
A GoFundMe has been set up for the victim in the fatal shooting.
