Inflation is having an impact on just about everything, including four-legged friends in the Hudson Valley.

The high price of pet food is putting a strain on many people’s budgets.

To help combat these increases, the Humane Society of Port Jervis and Deerpark is participating in the Paw Pantry Pet Food Bank.

Those in need of food for their animals can pick up supplies from the food bank every Tuesday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. or by appointment.
