Police: 1 man, 1 woman dead after cars plunge into water in Rockaway Beach
Police told News 12 that a 16-year-old girl was pronounced dead near Beach 108th Street, and then a man between the ages of 18 -20 was taken out of the water near 98th Street and declared dead.
