A 1-month-old baby girl is dead after police say she was discovered unresponsive in a Bronx apartment building Wednesday afternoon.

Hanniel Darkwah wasn’t found with trauma at the time, but police sources tell News 12 they later determined that Darkwah suffered a skull fracture.

Police sources also tell News 12 that they are interviewing the child’s mother at this time.

This is an ongoing investigation, according to police.
