Authorities are searching for two individuals involved in a violent robbery in the Bronx.

Police say one of victim’s was repeatedly punched by a man inside the Happy Land Buffet restaurant Thursday, and the incident was caught on camera.

News 12 is told a 26-year-old woman and her friend were approached by a woman seen on the video wearing pink shorts. That’s when they got into an argument, and police say the 26-year-old victim was punched in the face.

Minutes later a man is captured on video walking into the restaurant along Jerome Avenue just before 12 p.m. He starts to punch the 26-year-old victim in the face and body. Surveillance video shows him almost knocking her to the ground. A woman tries to stop it and the man turns around and starts going after her. News 12 is told the man took off with one of the victim’s cellphone.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
