Police say a 6-month-old baby died after being found unconscious and unresponsive in Morrisania Friday night.
They say officers responded to 688 Jefferson Pl. just before 9 p.m. and transported the baby girl to Bronx Lebanon Hospital, where she later died.
No arrests have been made.
