There was a large police presence outside the 45th Precinct as an armed man was sitting on an SUV, police say.
The incident occurred near the corner of Barkley and East Tremont avenues. The suspect is now in custody.
No one was hurt.
NYPD says K9 and the bomb squad investigated.
