A father was shot to death in front of his son and another man was seriously injured, police say.
Pedro Almonte Sanchez, 39, was shot in the head and died Tuesday night in front of 85 Strong St.
Police say Sanchez may have been defending his son who got into an argument with at least two suspects.
A 25-year-old man standing near Sanchez and his son was also grazed in the head by a bullet.
He was transported to Montefiore Medical Center in serious condition.
Sanchez was pronounced dead at the scene.
No arrests have been made, police say.
