A fourth person has been taken into custody in connection to the killing of two people shot in the head and left in a burning car in the Bronx, the NYPD says. Richard Santiago, 32, now faces charges including five counts of murder, two counts of manslaughter and criminal use of a firearm, and many other charges.
Richard Santiago was walked out of the 45th Precinct on Wednesday afternoon and is said to be possibly related to 34-year-old Steven Santiago, who police are still searching for in connection to this case.
Terrence White, Rahul Cuya, and Jahmel Sanders all face a similar list of charges that include murder, manslaughter, criminal use of a firearm and more.
